2.Avoid alcoholic beverages and soft  drinks and those which is high in sugar.These kind of drinks contain preservatives,high sugar and color.In nature they are acidic.Many soft drink are contain dilute phosphoric acid, which can impairment the innerlinning of the digestive route.Soft drink is not good for health because an undue intake of softened drinks increase hyphosphorous levels in blood.Soft drink also causes for reduce mineral level in human body.


3.Lessen all strenuous work.

4.Take light,non fatty and nutritious meals.

5.Avoid heaty vegetables and fruits to eat.

6.Intake of dried food need to minimise.can increase fresh food.

7.You can include lots  of vegetables & fruit in form of juices,rather withour sugar.

8.In hot summer to refill the fluids that are unregenerated in perspire you can drink coconut water or lemon juice.

9.Minimese intake of sugary foods such as honey or molasses.

10.Minimise the intake of spicy,hot and salty foods. 

11.Try to maintain good hygienic food level.
