#Drinks a lot of water,because to prevent dehydration our body needs a lot of water in summer season.If necessary you can boil it and then cool it for at least one hour.
#Eat fruit and vegetables a lot and and remain off the chilies and spices.

#Try to stay indoor during 12pm to 2pm,because it is the peak hour of the sun.If you need to go outdoor try to stay in cool places as much you can.

#Reduce drinking a lot of tea or coffee.

#sun burn is not good for health so you can use good sunscreen.you can use hat to keep shade and to keep cool.

#You can use sun glass to protect your eyes from sunshine and also from UV rays.


#Wear light colored clothes, because bright colors absorb heat.

#Try to avoid wear fitting clothes in summer season because it is harm for health.so you need to wear loose-fitting clothes which will help you to stay cool.

#Shower with normal water,because indeed to bath with normal water keeps our skin healthy.
